What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies arise, and we handle those situations on a case-by-case basis.
