Individual Counseling
Our individual counseling sessions provide a confidential, one-on-one setting where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors with a licensed therapist. Group Therapy

Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR)
Our flagship Psychosocial Rehabilitation program is a structured, community-based program that helps clients with serious mental illness develop the daily living skills, social competencies, and coping strategies needed to live as independently as possible. The PSR program is our most comprehensive service and the foundation of our practice.

Crisis Intervention

Family Counseling
